"MagNificent" has been a life saver for me. For months, I was waking up everyday with a sore neck and numb hands. I started using the creams when we got them, so at least a week before the tournament. I've been doing a lot of plyo workouts for conditioning and used the unscented cream in the morning and the lavender at night. I used them on my quads and calves and I think it helped with recovery. I was hardly sore at all after my workouts. For the tournament, I used the unscented cream in the morning and the roll-on before the matches. My muscles were starting to get sore on Sunday. I used the roll-on before matches on my shoulders, quads, hip flexors and shins. I had no soreness during play. At home, I again used the cream twice a day....
I used it before the tournament used the unscented after working out or playing volleyball mostly on calves, IT band, quads, triceps, shoulders, neck.I think it did help with minimizing soreness.I also used it during tournament before bed at night. Same areas. Thought it made a difference. I was concerned with using it because I do have allergies but had no issues with the creams. Want to try the soaks but have to test it before I put my whole body in it ☺(just in case). I did not use it before exercise mostly because that my knee brace would slip. Overall I think it does make a difference- whether it is psychological or physiological- feeling better is feeling better.
I used the foot soaks and felt pretty good, less achiness then before. I have also used the cream on my IT band, felt some relief almost immediately and have not really been bothered by it since. I also used the roll on, that seemed to help a little not as much as the cream for me. Thanks again!
I use the cream every night after a shower. On the days that I run or have a match, I rub the cream directly on both knees, feet, and rotator cuff. First, it relaxes me and helps me sleep, where before my muscles would ache and be twitching during the night. I would usually be sore for about 4 days after playing in a tournament. I have been having pain in my knees for approximately 18 months. I am 48 years old and the pain started when I was doing intensive weight training with my upper body and lower body along with Martial Arts. I applied a small amount of the Ultra Recovery Roll On to both my daughters on their sore spots after their two day tournament and a practice on Monday night. I wanted to see if I was overreacting or not. You should have seen their eyes pop out after they flexed a second time! “Awesome” & “OMG” I believe were their comments. Been using this for a short while and I have noticed that after my hard, difficult workouts I am still stiff but not overly sore. I use the cream upon arising in the morning and before bed, also before and after each exercise session. Yesterday was a hard 12-mile run after which I used the roll on (Which I prefer) just easier for me. This morning there was minimal soreness.
