I used it before the tournament used the unscented after working out or playing volleyball mostly on calves, IT band, quads, triceps, shoulders, neck.I think it did help with minimizing soreness.I also used it during tournament before bed at night. Same areas. Thought it made a difference.
I was concerned with using it because I do have allergies but had no issues with the creams. Want to try the soaks but have to test it before I put my whole body in it ☺(just in case). I did not use it before exercise mostly because that my knee brace would slip. Overall I think it does make a difference- whether it is psychological or physiological- feeling better is feeling better.
