I started using the creams when we got them, so at least a week before the tournament. I’ve been doing a lot of plyo workouts for conditioning and used the unscented cream in the morning and the lavender at night. I used them on my quads and calves and I think it helped with recovery. I was hardly sore at all after my workouts. For the tournament, I used the unscented cream in the morning and the roll-on before the matches. My muscles were starting to get sore on Sunday. I used the roll-on before matches on my shoulders, quads, hip flexors and shins. I had no soreness during play. At home, I again used the cream twice a day. I was stiff on Tuesday morning, but by Wednesday, no soreness at all. I really like it and think it helps. I prefer the unscented, particularly if I use it in the morning.
